• After you complete and submit the order form, you will be sent a PayPal invoice to pay for your order. 
• Production will not start until your invoice is paid in full. 
• All orders will be available for pick up at VikingsCon on Saturday and Sunday from the VikingsCon Merch Booth in the Great Hall. Pre-orders can be shipped upon request, a shipping fee will be applied if shipping is requested.
• Items that are not picked up by the end of the event may be sold to other customers.
• All sales are final and no refund will be issued.
